Examining the cells range after using them in a new Stat Tool data set: the first cell in the range was altered, and its value is no longer meaningful to anyone other than Stat Tool (see image below).
As a workaround, you can continue using NumXL function, but you'd need to exclude the first cell which Stat Tool uses.
