Why is the download link in the email unsuccessful?

The download starts without problem, but when the download process reaches 99%, an error pop-up window appears, saying "it cannot copy the file: unable to read the original file or disk".

Although the download setup program is securely digitally signed, we have experienced this issue with users who sit behind a restrictive firewall or proxy.
