Expiration date of 1/1/1901


Why does the NumXL About dialog box shows that my product have an expiration date of 1/1/1901?

  • I suppose you are referring to the service date, not the license expiration date.

    In this case, you probably have not checked for update.  To check for recent update, please, go to NumXL tab in Excel, click on the "Info" icon, and select "Check Update" item. In the "NumXL - Check update" dialog, press "check" button. This will examine the available update and your reset service expiration date.

    This should take care of the issue
