My computer crashed, please send my license key?
I am using NumXL for my master thesis. The Software is really great. Unforunately my computer crashed today and so I lost NumXL. Would it be possible to send me my registration key once more?

No problem, go ahead and download NumXL of our website and install it on your new machine.
During the license activation, there is a button to lookup and send your existing key. Go ahead and press it, provide name and email address, and the key will be emailed to you shortly.
BTW, the article (below) has more details on how to look up and get your license key
