VMWare Fusion - Excel 2013 Hangs/Freezes
I updated NumXL this morning and now Excel stops responding fairly regularly. Has anyone else reported a similar problem?
It Doesn't seem to be related to a particular function, just typing into a blank cell will do it. I've reinstalled both Office and NumXL today and it's still really shaky.
I am using Office 2013 (32-bit) on Windows 7 hosted on a VMWare Fusion on Mac.
BTW, I disabled NumXL Add-ins (NumXL and NumXL Toolbar) from Excel's add-ins manager, but Excel still freezes/hang when I try to do any serious work.
Can you please help me?

Certainly, this issue is not related to NumXL for say, but rather using the combination of Excel 2013 on VMWare Fusion Software.
I took liberty and looked around, there seem a numerous reported issues about this exact situation:
Take a look at this incident on VMWare communities Forum.

To avoid the situation, you'd need to disable the graphic video acceleration in VMWare Fusion.
I just turned graphics acceleration off and so far, that seems to have helped. I’ll let you know if it hangs again, though I do realize this is not a NumXL problem!
For reference, these are the details provided by the OS when it hangs:

Well, disabling graphics acceleration sure seems to have helped. It has not frozen again since, though sometimes it seems like it wants to, it never goes into that state. So, I think we’re okay.
