X12ARIMA model's identifier contains one or more space(s)

On a Norwegian windows 8 (64-bit) with English Excel 2013, the X12ARIMA function in NumXL, in a few cases, displays identifier (e.g.  x12a_bf f05 46b) that has an intermediate spaces. This leaves all button on the X12ARIMA wizard disabled. Please help!
