Hello Moezza, Our records show that you have activated the trial license successfully. Have you restarted Excel after you activated the license key? If not, please do so.
If the problem persists after you restart Excel, please go to the "About NumXL" menu (Under the info icon (rightmost icon on NumXL Toolbar)), press it, and send me a screenshot of that dialog window.
