Quarterly Data outside the Mar-Jun-Sep-Dec Cycle in X13ARIMA-SEATS

For reasons which are not immediately clear, some quarterly series in Australia are on a Feb-May-Aug-Nov cycle while some are on the traditional Mar-Jun-Sep-Dec cycle. 

The U.S. Census X13ARIMA-SEATS program accepts quarterly data on the Mar-Jun-Sep-Dec cycle, so we need to adjust the input values to the traditional quarterly cycle before we can run it, and reverse the change in the results. 

Clearly from my perspective making an adjustment within NumXL would be ideal.
