Improving NumXL upgrade process

Uninstalling current version and then re-installing is a pain

Why not have the install program remove the existing one and install new one all in one go?

How about an automated update program? This will allow to publish more frequent updates (and bug fixes!).

The new installer release with NumXL 1.59 Update 12 does not require uninstalling the existing version; it will detect the installed NumXL, invoke the uninstaller and resume the installation. Furthermore, the process preserve license and customer information during the upgrade.
