I found a bug! Where do I send the report?
Answer:
If you found a bug, please email us or post it on our help desk. (You will receive a ticket number so you can also track the progress of the bug).
Please report as much detail as possible, eg:
- Operating System;
- Excel version (i.e. 2007, 2010, 2013, 2016, 2019, 365, etc.)
- Attach the Excel file;
We highly recommend that you review outstanding open issues, frequently asked questions, and forums before you open a new issue. This will help both of us to get a faster response and resolution.
