How does a perpetual license differ from an annual license?
Answer:
A perpetual license offers ongoing access to the NumXL software without the need for future renewals. In contrast, an annual subscription license provides users with one year of software access at a reduced price. Both licenses offer one year of free Premier support; at the end of the first year, Premier Support for perpetual licenses will expire automatically and cannot be renewed.
Warning
As of June 10th, 2022, Premier support is no longer bundled as part of the NumXL Perpetual License. The Perpetual License still includes a complimentary 12-month Premier Support, but it cannot be renewed. Please refer to this blog or contact NumXL support for further information.
