License Validity and Renewal Fees

NumXL licensing comes in two forms: perpetual and subscription.

For a perpetual license, you purchase the add-in once and use it permanently. Your license is valid forever. You get all minor updates for free. Major upgrades (e.g., from version 1.5 to version 1.6) and premier support are free for one year. After the first year, customers will have access to the NumXL software forever, however, the premier support will expire.

For an annual subscription license, your license is valid for one year. During this year, you receive all minor and major updates and access to premier support at no extra cost.

For a monthly subscription license, your license is valid for one month. During this month, you receive all minor and major updates and access to premier support at no extra cost.
