I purchased a perpetual license last year, but do I still need to renew my Premier Support?
Answer:
As part of the perpetual license package, you receive 12 months of free premier support, and you will be asked to renew it every year.
If you decide not to renew the NumXL Premier Support, your use of NumXL will not be affected by the expiration of the Premier Support and update services. However, please remember you're forfeiting all access to future NumXL updates, versions, and bug fixes.
If you cancel and decide to purchase the new version of NumXL, you will need to repurchase the license.
Warning
As of June 10th, 2022, Premier support is no longer bundled as part of the NumXL Perpetual License. The Perpetual License still comes with a FREE 12-month of Premier Support, but it can no longer be renewed. Please review this blog or contact NumXL support for additional information.
