Question:
I need help running the X-13ARIMA-SEATS function on my 32-bit Windows machine.
Answer:
NumXL uses the U.S. Census seasonal adjustment software for Windows. However, as of June 2020, the U.S. Census no longer provides a 32-bit program version.

If you use the 32-bit version of Microsoft Windows, the U.S. census X-13ARIMA-SEATS software will not work with your operating system. As a result, NumXL cannot use the program. We recommend upgrading your Windows operating system or using the X12-ARIMA legacy seasonal adjustment function instead.
What about the 32-bit version of Excel?
This restriction only applies to the OS platform, not Excel. Therefore, if you have a 32-bit version of Excel installed on a 64-bit Windows, NumXL can invoke the X-13ARIMA-SEATS program and support all X-13 seasonal adjustment functions in Excel.
