Some manufacturers require purchasing their maintenance and support programs when purchasing their products. Are your maintenance and support services optional or mandatory?
Answer:
The support, maintenance, and update services are included with all licenses (perpetual, annual, or monthly).
For perpetual licenses, 12 months of our Premier Support services are included at no additional cost. After 12 months, premier support expires, and the user is unable to renew it. The expiration of Premier support has no impact on the user’s right to use the current version of the program.
Warning
Premier support is no longer included as part of the NumXL Perpetual License, effective June 10, 2022. The Perpetual License still includes free 12 months of Premier Support, but it cannot be renewed. Please review this blog or contact NumXL support for further information.
