Answer:
Yes: NumXL can be installed on a CITRIX presentation server.
The license key is issued on a per-user basis, so each user (or CITRIX session) requires his/her own license. An alternative license scheme would be a site license. see this article for more details.
Of course, bear in mind, the overall performance of Excel and NumXL degrades with the number of active CITRIX sessions.
