Activation error for my 5th machine

Question:

I have installed and activated NumXL on four machines: 2 at home and two at work. I am trying to activate the same license key on a 5th machine, but it gives me an error. What is wrong?

 Exceeded number or activations error message

Answer:

According to **NumXL End User License Agreement (EULA)**, the customer may install and use NumXL on an unlimited number of machines as long as he/she is the sole (exclusive) user of those machines and the software.

By design, Spider Financial has a soft limit on the number of activations. If the user needs to use NumXL on more than 4 (four) machines, we ask that our customer contacts us at (support@numxl.com) to confirm their understanding of the EULA and request the lifting of the soft limit.
